Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form in all the countries of the world, according to the price list in force above.

The consumer is held to check the state of the packaging of the goods at the delivery and to announce the damage due to the carrier on the delivery order, and at the company G. Nautics Editions, within one week. With regard to sending, we work primarily with Colissimo Expert. As soon as we send a product, you receive a confirmation email.

LA POSTE

To keep their quality during transport, all the products of weak or average dimensions are sent by Colissimo Expert (a service proposed by La Poste). This service allows you to recover the products ordered at the closer post office, in case you are away of the place of initial delivery at the time of the presentation of the factor. Concretely, if you miss the day of the delivery, your factor will leave you a transit advice note in your letter-box, which will enable you to withdraw your parcel at your post office during the opening hours, within 15 days. Colissimo Expert is a highly reliable service. However, as in any sending there might be a delay of delivery or the parcel might get lost. In case of delay of delivery compared to the date that we indicated to you in the confirmation email, we ask you to inform us from this delay by calling us by telephone or by sending us an email. We will then contact La Poste to investigate on this delay. An investigation at La Poste can last up to 21 days from the date of beginning of the investigation. If the product is found within this time, it will be sent immediately at your address (most cases). If the product is not found within the 21 days deadline of investigation, La Poste considers the parcel as lost. It is only after this time that we can send you a product of replacement, at our own expenses. If the ordered products were not available anymore at this time, we would refund you for the amount of the products concerned with the loss of the carrier. If the products were still available, but with new selling prices on the website, we would apply the new selling prices, either by reimbursing you by cheque of the difference, or by requiring a complementary cheque relating to this price difference. We decline any responsibility as for lengthening for the delivery periods due to the carrier, in particular in the event of loss of the products or strike.

Returns

The consumer has a 7 working days deadline to send back, at his own expenses, the products that are not suitable to him. This time starts from the day of the delivery of the ordering of the consumer. If this deadline expires on a Saturday, on a Sunday or on a public holiday, it is extended until the first next working day. Any return will first have to be notified to the Customer service of the company G.Nautics Editions. The product will have to be sent back in Colissimo Recommandé to G.Nautics Editions, 9 rue de Thessalie - BP4324 - 44243 La Chapelle sur Erdre Cedex. The parcels must not be loosened, so that the consumer can benefit from the right of withdrawal.
We will only accept the products sent back in their original packaging, unopened, complete and intact, and in a perfect state of resale. Any product which has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been deteriorated, will neither be refunded nor exchanged.
This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, except for the expenses of return. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the choice to ask either for the reimbursing of the paid amounts, or the exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the resending will be at the consumer’s expenses.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company G.Nautics Editions will make its best to refund the consumer within 15 days.
The consumer will then be refunded by credit of his bank account (protected transaction) in case of payment by credit card, or by cheque in the other cases.
